I, honestly, suck at cooking. Nevertheless, I am getting slowly better as I keep trying. Can you find slight difference between these four omelettes?
1. Believe it or not, intentionally messed up omelette (June 14, 2015)
Intentionally? Meh, just kidding. It was my first time making an omelette. After having chicken for two weeks, I decided to try out an omelette instead. At the very first time, I just poured eggs into veggies and mixed up everything. It was visually horrible, but yummy as a matter of fact.
Ingredient: paprika, zucchini, onion, tomato, bacon, egg, mozzarella, butter, ketchup
2. Somehow different, but still messed up omelette (June 15, 2015)
If you can find difference between the first and second omelette with bare eyes, you do have good eyes (or crazy weird instincts that are beyond human-being). Oh I mean, besides the spinach on the top of course ;) The answer is in the ingredient.
Ingredient: paprika, zucchini, onion, tomato, mushroom, egg, mozzarella, ketchup, spinach
3. Finally-looking-like-an-omelette omelette (June 17, 2015)
It was my mom who finally told me that I needed to sprinkle fillings once the top of eggs is nearly set. OK, now it kinda looks like an omelette. I also bought Fusilli giganti (because it looked cool to have) and randomly put it in the omelette. Tasty and super filling! I loved it :) Since spinach was withering super quickly, I finished it on the day and the day after with tuna salad. Salad in Denmark is not exactly ‘salad’ but it’s usually ‘things mixed with mayonnaise’. Hmm, you’ll know what I mean when you try some Danish salad.
Ingredient: paprika, zucchini, tomato, egg, mozzarella, butter, ketchup, spinach, Fusilli giganti, tuna salad
4. Oh my god! Yay for roasted onion omelette (June 19, 2015)
I know it looks a bit greasy but in fact it does have all the vegetable inside! And I added really addictive sprinkles- let’s give roasted onion sprinkles a big hand :) It makes everything so yummy. It’s super crispy and has sweetness of onion along with savory taste from roasting as well! It’s often used as a topping on hot dogs. It’s just so so yummy. You should definitely try.
Ingredient: paprika, zucchini, tomato, egg, mozzarella, butter, ketchup, Fusilli giganti, roasted onion sprinkles
I love cooking now, and sometimes, it is just unbelievable that I can make something that I actually enjoy. I guess I will be like “What the heck? Was this an omelette?” and (hopefully) laugh at this posting at the end of this summer. Vi ses(See you soon)!
Haha! Woah! Such a huge change in only four attempts. You’ve come such a long way :-D
They look really delicious.
I can’t wait to see what else you end up making ;)

It’s all thanks to you that I get to know about cooking and baking. Thank you for being super supportive all the time :D
Although there were some noticeable changes for omelettes, I ate them almost every day last week ahahaha- I now need something else (which is as easy as an omelette) to try out! Do you have any recommendation?

Something I think you’d enjoy trying would maybe be crêpes. The awesome thing about them is that once you get how to make them you can add almost anything to them so that you’re not eating the same thing; just like you did with omlets. You can add fruit or meats to even say… Nutella ;) I think you like Nutella, right?

I bought flour (although I am not sure whether or not it is actually flour- I dunno Danish!) so we’ll see how it goes hehehe ;)
